Refund Policy

1. NO RETURNS ON OPENED PRODUCTS

For health and safety reasons, all sales are final on opened, used, or consumed products. This is standard practice for hemp-derived consumables and applies to all Top G Farm products.

2. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains the wrong items, contact us within 7 days of delivery at sales@topgfarm.shop with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the damaged product and packaging

We will issue a replacement or full refund (including shipping) for verified damaged or defective items.

3. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

You may request to cancel an order before it ships. Once an order is in processing or has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

To request a cancellation, email sales@topgfarm.shop immediately with your order number.

4. REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

If a package is refused at delivery or returned to us as undeliverable (e.g., incorrect address, age verification failure, recipient not 21+), we will process a refund minus original shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee.

5. RESTRICTED-STATE ORDERS

Orders placed to one of our restricted states (Idaho, Iowa, Mississippi, Rhode Island, South Dakota) will be automatically canceled and fully refunded.

6. REFUND PROCESSING

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. Bank processing times may add additional days.

7. PROMOTIONAL & DISCOUNTED ORDERS

Final-sale and promotional items are non-refundable except in cases of damage or defect.
